Rajeev Balasubramanyam

Born in 1974 in Lancashire (England), Rajeev studied at Oxford and Cambridge Universities, obtaining a degree and specialising in humanities. His first novel In Beautiful Disguises, published by Bloomsbury in June 2000, won the Betty Task Award and was short-listed for the Guardian Fiction Prize 2000. His short story The Dreamer won the Ian St. James Short Story Award. His new novel, based on this short story, will be published next year.
